Idea for a new game

We each take a nation from Earth Jan. 1 ,1939
The only nations we can not take are Germany , France , Italy ,
United Kingdom , USSR , India , Japan , China ,or the US of A
The ASB are sending You back to that country of Chose to Rule over it until Jan. 1 2008 . They make us all healthy 30 year olds who will only age 1 year every 5 years .
The Pop of the country is 20 million plus you add your age to that .
So if I take Argentina as of 1939 its population is now 26.1 million strong since I am 61 years old .
Your country has the industry and resources that are listed in the CIA facts list for your nation For 2007/8.
Every one Recives there Age plus 9,040 to build there military .
Example I'm 61 so I would have 61,000 points for age and 9,040 so total I would havve 70,040 points to spend for my military .

The ASB's Draft You.

Larry, Darryl and Darryl the leaders of the ASB's appear before you and tell you they're sending you on a little trip. Once you're done swearing they inform you of your mission.

You're body will be upgraded to peak human condition, (ala Captain America), while your IQ will be boosted by 33% and your memory will become eidetic.

If you are below the age of 18 you will be aged to 18 and if you are above the age of 24 you will be deaged to 24.

You will be immune from all diseases and infections and you will recover perfectly from all but the most catastrophic injuries or those that kill you outright.

For every full calender year you have been alive you will receive 1000 points, i.e. if you were born on 01.01.1988 you get 20,000 points.

GROUND

Regular Soldiers

For each point you get one soldier trained to the standard of a British Royal Marine Commando, each of these soldier's is fully equipped with personal gear including rifle or sub-machine gun and pistol.

Each soldier can speak three other languages other than your own and shares your ethnicity and is in top physical condition and has the equivalent of 6 months combat experience in Afghanistan.

For every 100 points you get a tank.

For every 100 points you get a self propelled artillery piece.

For every 100 points you get a towed artillery piece.

For every 100 points you get a tank destroyer or assualt gun.

For every 100 points you get an anti-tank gun.

For every 100 points you get a self propelled anti-aircraft gun.

For every 100 points you get a towed anti-aircraft gun of 76.2mm calibre or greater.

For every 100 points you get a towed anti-aircraft gun of 37mm calibre or greater up to 76.2mm.

For every 100 points you get a towed anti-aircraft gun of 20mm calibre or greater up to 37mm.

For every 10 points you get an APC with 1 .50 machine gun.

For every 10 points you get a mortar of 3 inches or larger.

For every 10 points you get a mortar of below 3 inches.

For every 10 points you get a .50 calibre machine gun.

For every 10 points you get a rifle calibre machine gun.

For every 10 points you get an infantry anti-tank weapon such as a bazooka or recoiless rifle.

Elite Soldiers

For every 10 points you get an Elite Soldier.

An Elite Soldier is eqipped to the same standard as a regular but has the training of a member of the Royal Marines Special Boat Service, (including parachute training), and has the equivalent of 18 months combat experience in Afghanistan. They can also speak six other languages other than your own.

Both Regular and Elite forces have officers and NCO's in proportion to their numbers.

AIR

For every point you receive 1 Airman. Each Airman is fully trained to the highest standard in his job be that air crew or ground crew and is in top physical condition and speaks three other languages apart from your own.

For every 5 points you receive a combat engine.

Around each engine you can build a combat plane, i.e. a fighter, attack plane or bomber. If you have 100 engines you can build either 100 single engined planes, 50 twin engined planes or 25 four engined planes.

For every 5 points you receive a support engine.

Around each engine you can build a support plane, i.e. a transport or trainer.

You must allocate air crew from your available Airmen and each member of the air crew will have 20,000 hours flying time on type and 6 months combat experience in a WW2 style war.

For every 100 point you receive an Ace. Ace's have 40,000 hours flight time on type, 18 months combat experience and enhanced leadership abilities.

For every 10 points you receive an Air Soldier trained to the same standard as Regulars but roled and equipped for airfeild defence.

SEA

For every point you receive 10 tons of shipping and a Sailor trained to the highest standard.

You are allowed to spend your tonnage in anyway you wish.

For every 2 points you receive a Naval Airman either air or ground crew for carrier or land based operations.

For every 5 points you receive an engine.

For every 100 points you receive an Ace.

All your Naval Airmen have the same level of skills as Airmen.

For every 2.5 points you receive a Marine trained to the same standard as a Regular Soldier.

OTHER

For every 4 points you receive a Female Auxiliary equivalent to a WAC or a WREN.

For every 4 points you receive a Support Worker who can be assigned as either a factory worker or non-combat mechanic.

For every 4 points you receive a Combat Medic and for every 16 points you receive a Combat Surgeon.

For every 4 points you receive a Combat Auxiliary who can act as a transport driver or combat mechanic.

For every point you receive a lorry and a jeep to be divided between your force.

For every 1000 points you receive an Elite Commander skilled in high level combat and logistics leadership each of whom can speak nine languages other than your own.

Finally you receive 10,000 points worth of Miscellaneous Items to spend on any other item you feel would be useful. These items will be judged on an individual basis and can be disallowed if against the spirit of the thread.

RULES

No Nuclear Weapons or research can be taken back.

All weapons and equipement MUST be reasonably within reach of 1940's technology, so no Javelin missiles or Challenger 2 tanks.

Tanks must have entered production before 1950.

Only piston engines are permitted within your air allocations, however jet engines and jet fighters may be taken in the Miscellaneous section as prototypes for study.

You are permitted to make reasonable modifications to any item such as replacing petrol engines with deisel engines or removing hull machine guns from tanks.

These rules may be added to and amended should it is felt nessecary.


You will Also recive the nation you chose navy they had as of Jan 1 1939 .


Now rember you will be in charge of your country until Jan 1 2009 .
And the World is As it as in Jan 1 1939 So how are we the members of the board going to change history .

Sounds fine, except there should be any differences in resources based upon age or number of posts, etc.

how about everyone starts with 100,000 points to start instead of age and go from there .
