Y'know you could just do like me and post whatever you want in the Watering Hole. I've had only one thread moved to the Senate and that one was pretty crappy anyway. Piss in the watering hole all you want and no one will care, so long you refrain from crapping in it.
Though I do think you're overstating the importance of what was said. I could see a bunch of backwards Republicans turning nuclear weapons on defenseless civilians, but everyone knows that the Democrats are far too progressive and forward thinking to commit such atrocities.
They'd go for germ warfare instead. More avaunt-garde/cutting-edge, and less harmful to the environment. Deniable too. Just imagine: a few crates of CDC biowaste go missing in the a region where the locals give you grief, and within a few years their former homeland is ready for your settlers. The international community wouldn't complain too much if you got found out, not if they don't their own citizens to have their skin peeling off.
(assuming it don't get out of hand and wipe out the whole species, but then at least you make VHEM/PETA happy)
